- Ports are working: 24 hours SSHINC.
Due to overtime the rates for pilotage, towage, mooring operations are
subject to following surcharges:

- Vessels must have closed sewage sanitary system, otherwise no guarantee that free pratique will be granted.
- Vessel should be equipped with certified sewage treatment plant (annual test required) or/and have closed sewage collecting tank with appropriate international connection for pumping out to port facilities.
- Discharging of any wastes such as sewage, grey water from galley, showers, etc directly overboard is prohibited. All sewage, grey water must be collected in the separate tank which should be specially fitted/approved for this purpose.
- Output valves at 12-mile port limits are to be closed / sealed by crew with relevant entry in Log-Book/Engine-Book.
- Local regulations for water ballast:
- Water ballast must be changed in the Black Sea with relevant entry in the ship`s logbook and engine book.
- Deballasting alongside allowed only upon receiving relevant permission from State Ecological Control.
- Before deballasting alongside, the laboratory analysis should be carried out by State Ecological Control.
- Approved standards for water
- Oil products 0.05 mg/ltr
- Metals 0.05 mg/ltr
- Suspended substances 2.00 mg/ltr.
- If laboratory analysis exceeding the standards, the water ballast must be pumped out beyond 12-mile port limits.
- If dirty w/ballast will be discharged alongside, vessel will be fined with a penalty.
- In all cases please remain on board minimum possible quantity of w/ballast sufficient for safe maneuvering.
- When vessel load/discharge general cargo Master/Owners are to arrange ship's tally or nominate surveyor. Otherwise port has a right do not commence cargo operations till above matter will be settled.
- For advanced arrangements following preliminary information required form the vessel:
- ETA 72-48-24-12 hours prior arrival
- Arrival drafts, Pre-stowage plan / ports rotation, Estimated maximum draft after completion loading
- Number of crew, passengers by national lity, master's name and health condition
- Pre-arrival ship's information according to ISPS Code
- Availability, workability of sewage treatment plant, type, capacity, date of last inspection
- Quantity of water ballast on arrival, reqired quantity if need to deballast alongside
- Following documents required for port authorities on arrival:
- Maritime declaration of health - 1 copy
- Ship stores declaration (IMO FAL Form 3) - 2 copies
- Crew effects declaration (IMO FAL Form 4) - 2 copies
- Crew list (IMO FAL Form 5) - 6 copies
- Passenger / arms & ammunition / animals / stowaways (`N.I.L. LIST`) list - 2 copies
- Money list - 2 copies
- Medicine list - 2 copies
- Narcotic list - 2 copies
